Shipping Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

All purchases made are shipped after 10 working days. Ankobra is a small business and everything is handmade, we need 10 days for all items to be made. UK purchases can take between 1-3 working days for delivery after shipping. Overseas shipping can take a total of 10 working days to arrive after the making process.

No refunds. Exchanges will be accepted if proof of damage on arrival. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours after purchase, anything after 48 hours will not be accepted for cancellation as the making process would have started.
